Through Colour Render
Monocouche Rendering (One-Coat) is a pre-mixed, breathable, external decorative through colour render. The main benefits of monocouche render over traditional sand and cement render is that it is pre-coloured and this means no painting and no waiting for the render to dry and a quick job turnaround. As soon as the render is finished the scaffold can come down.
External Wall Insulation
External Wall Insulation is an excellent way to insulate your home without the need to disrupt the house too much, and it does not reduce your floor space either as it is applied to the outside of the property like a big warm jacket. External Wall Insulation renews the appearance of your property and with a wide variety of colours available your future decoration costs are reduced.
Tyrolean Renders
If you are looking for a Tyrolean finish for your property, then look no further than Clark Rendering. Tyrolean is a decorative finish that is applied over a sand and cement base coat. The Tyrolean finish can be applied using a traditional splatter gun, but at Clark Rendering we use a machine to apply the Tyrolean finish as this is better for a more consistent finish.
